Reiki – it is a form of spiritual self-healing and an American and Belizean Reiki Master are trying to popularize it in Belize. This method might seem unorthodox but according to American Reiki Master Lorraine Meyer, Reiki has refreshed and rejuvenated her life and she says it can have the same effect on you.

The workshops start tomorrow at 6 in the evening to 8:30 and the Reiki sessions are set for 10 in the morning to 5:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
