"Today I can tell you and I can invite you to go and see the subdivision that we have done. What we decided because; indeed I have to accept that a subdivision in low area has been done in other parts of the island. But politics unfortunately, politics is the name of the game and the opposition will use it to their advantage. But in this case, it worked to my advantage because Cabinet decided to give us 400 acres of what was invested in Beltraide; which is far better land than what we were using and we have created. We have created a concept plan of what we want to in those 400 acres. Leaving over there open spaces for another hospital, another police station. The fire station, schools and you name it, we will have it over there and with sufficient space because its 3, 4, 5 acres that is being left for this particular type of infrastructure."
