| This weekend students from the House of Shotokan Karate Academy went to Chetumal to participate in the annual Wushu-Kung Fu-Karate tournament. The kids entered both form and fighting divisions, and performed exceptionally in their age brackets, most of them earning medals for their performances. We spoke to their Grand Master, Shihan Kelly, and Roberto Hoare, who brought home two gold medals...
Apart from Hoare, three other students brought home medals. Kody Cuellar, Eion Anderson and Eleazar Orellana all placed third in the Children's Fighting Division, and Orellana also placed 2nd in the Children's Karate Form Division.
