Thu, May 18, 2017
Justin Longsworth was a Customs Broker's employee who was accused of stealing eleven 49 inch televisions that he was supposed to deliver to the Radisson.

The theft was valued at almost almost $14,000 dollars. Today, he was found guilty of the charge by Chief Magistrate, Anne Marie Smith. Longsworth was remanded to prison until Thursday, May 25, for sentencing.

Francisco Gutierrez, the driver of the delivery truck, testified that Longsworth gave him one of the televisions as a bribe. His boss Jason Valdez testified that when he asked Longsworth about the television sets, Longsworth denied that he had received them although he had signed for them. Longsworth testified and denied that he committed the offence. He was represented by attorney Dean Lindo.
