Last week we told you that Samuel Chi's family believes foul play was involved in his death. While police are still investigating what exactly happened to him and Albert Vaccaro, the postmortem report ruled that he drowned. ASP Stacy Smith gave us a brief update on the case.
ASP Stacy Smith, Staff Officer
"I know initially what we heard from him is that he was pretty much disoriented and was not able to provide information at that time. I cannot say, I have not had the opportunity to confirm with the investigators to see if they have been able to speak with him and record a statement, I can undertake to do that."
Reporter:
"Were there any signs of violence or trauma on his body?"
ASP Stacy Smith:
"I don't believe the report indicated that. We're guided by the report of the forensic pathologist which gave the conclusion which was asphyxia due to drowning."
