The first of those PG murders was 37-year-old Kevaughn Wade. We brought you his story on Friday complete with an archive interview from 2018, when he feared for his life.
Tonight, we know more about Wade's murder and his assailant. The cops say it was a minor who did it.

"On Thursday sometime around 7:45 p.m. police were called to an area at the entrance of Punta Gorda town where they found Kevaughn Wade 37 years with apparent gunshot injuries, he was then rushed to the Punta Gorda community hospital where he died whilst undergoing treatment, what we know so far is that sometime shortly after 7:00 p.m. whilst he was sitting on a verandah in an alley in that area, he was approached by a lone gunman who fired several shots at him injuring him police investigation so far has led to the detention and charge of a 16-year-old minor from Belize City for the crime of murder."

"Sir any indication as to what triggered that fatal killing?"

"We are following several stories one being that the minor is alleged to have had a confrontation with the deceased prior to the incident and we also believe that it may have some drugs or gang affiliation in respect to what happened."
Reporter;
"So maybe a hit?"

"Could have been, we are looking at that possibility."
Myvette also told us that the two murders happened within about a quarter of a mile of each other.
At this hour the cops are still following several leads in an attempt to establish a link between the incidents but at this time there is no confirmation that they are related.
The Murder of Dennis Trapp is also a part of the investigation.
