We have breaking news of a shooting in Belize City. It occurred at the corner
of Mex and Amara Avenues.
Residents tell us the gunshots rang out at around 6:30. They say 5 shots were
fired and an unidentified male person who was on a pink bicycle was apparently
shot in his hand. Police are still in the area and it is still an active crime
scene.
Again it is still developing but one male person is believed to have been injured
in a shooting late this afternoon near the corner of Mex and Amara Avenues.
