It made major headlines when 35 year old Arthur Young was caught at the Chetumal Airport in early May trying to use a fake passport to board a flight to Mexico City.
Young - who believes Belize police are trying to kill him - was sent back to Belize and tonight, is back in jail.
Btu today he was back in court charged with drug trafficking, possession of a controlled drug and keeping a silencer for a firearm. He pleaded not guilty but because of the nature of the offences, he could not be offered bail and he was remanded until August 26th.
He joins his long time associate Errol Butchie Haynes who was charged for the same crime in April.
That's when police searched a home in vista Del Mar that Haynes was renting. Police say they responded to the report of a shot being fired at the home and when they went there Haynes refused to open up the door. Inside the house, police say they found assorted drugs in small quantities as well as paraphernalia linked to gun silencers and explosives.
Young was not in the house at the time but police say they found three identification cards in the house and that - they claim - was enough to charge him.
On April 6th, Young - who was in hiding at the time - called our studio to claim that he was being framed:....

"Well the person Errol Haynes that they arrested, they charged him and they probably think I am living with him at a house and they found my driver's license and Social Security Card and I guess they place me along with him because from a couple weeks ago I heard that anything they can hold me on, or once anything that they can link to me, they are going to try railroad me and give me a charge to send me back to jail. See the police they feel that I am active in the streets and doing a lot of evil things but I am not. They see me as a mob or something which I am not."
Young has been remanded until August 26th.....
