On July 16th, we aired an appeal by the parents of baby Daniel Estell, Jr. who suffers from a rare liver disease and is badly in need of a liver transplant. The 7 month old boy who was born in San Pedro Ambergris Caye, is presently being treated at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, California. The story has been given a lot of press in the USA, including a feature on the Spanish language television network, UNIVISION, and now this story aired on KTLA News 5 in Los Angeles.

In a last ditch effort, the family is hoping that sufficient funds can be raised to make this life saving transplant possible. The doctor has now given Baby Daniel only two weeks to live if he does not get the liver transplant. There are two ways that you can donate to save Daniel's life.
