It was a cool toy, but the YMQ-18A had a fiery end on Saturday morning when it crashed at the central farm airstrip. This picture of it looking like a little more than scrap metal.
According to a release form the us embassy it crashed while landing.??No injuries or fatalities resulted from the accident and the cause is under investigation.??From what we have heard, the mission to test the unmanned chopper has been aborted. The testing was to have lasted util September 15th. It was removed by a crane today.
