A Gun To The Head For A Few Dollars More

Police are investigating two separate theft reports that occurred yesterday September 14th. In the first incident 31 year old Postman Rosalindo Coc of Roaring Creek Village told police that around they stole the motorcycle he uses to deliver mails.

Coc told police that around 10:15 a.m he parked the motorcycle in the parking lot next to the post office in Belmopan and about thirty minutes later when he returned the motorcycle was gone.

In the second incident a 17 year old student reported to police that around 10:00 last night he was walking on Cemetery Road in front of the Salvation Army Primary School when two men approached him. One of the men held him by his hand and pointed a chrome gun at him while the other man searched him and took a paltry seven dollars from his pocket. The student told police that he was then hit on the left side of his face with the gun and the men ran off through a nearby yard.
