"It is our annual tradition that during the September celebration once we have trainees in training they are taken out and assign to other duties, but I can say to you ambassador that the training opportunity afforded to these young men and women of squad 86 allowed us to have more confidence when they are deployed during their duties in Belize City and in San Ignacio and for that I think that those trainees should be applauded. The issue of skills, battle and tactical skills will not go unsaid at a time when tis ceremony fits snugly behind yet another heinous crime in Belize City. Thus it is important that the words of Ambassador Wu message to the graduates here that combat skills may also be life saving skills and where as we have a sizeable amount of trainees not in combat gear so to speak. I am certain that those sitting in the middle of what is remaining of their trainees attire have some of the same skills that those fancy uniforms "Gees" as I call them or they are call are aptly train and can in fact replace some of those standing in front of you. So for those of you who are out there and wanted your family member who is in squad 86 to be in that crowd and they are not there "trust me" the heart and the mind of those in the trainees uniform is with those in the "gee" and they can in fact do just a good a job."
