Williams attended a case management conference yesterday before acting Chief Justice Sam Lungole Awich. Williams was accompanied by a bodyguard.
Williams was shot in his abdomen on the evening of May 30 as he left his law firm on Albert Street.
Two persons were arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection with the shooting - one is on bail while the other is on remand.
