Belizeans For Justice Blasts Chinese
posted (April 6, 2011)
In a press release sent out today Belizeans for Justice says their members were rejected by leaders of the Chinese community when they tried to get with the Belizean Chinese Community on Monday.

Representatives of BFJ went to the post-demonstration meeting at the Princess where they tried speaking with the Belize's Chinese Association's Executive Member Eric Chan and had no luck.

This has been interpreted as a rejection, and according to Belizeans for Justice, this is not the first time they have been rejected by the Chinese Community. On September 16th - they says the Chinese were invited to be a part of a business shutdown as a protest for the murder of 8 year old Eyannie Nunez. They say that invitation was turned down by the Chinese Community and so the Belizeans For Justice says they have come to the conclusion that the Chinese Community does not wish to be engaged with roots Belizeans.
