"He had ask me for him to pay a courtesy call and I said to him that that's what is was - a courtesy call so I didn't want to get into matters of controversy but that I needed to put him on notice that the government has a problem with the local federation and that the Minister is pursuing a particular strategy where that was concern. He didn't make any response to that and I left it there."
