There were lots of robberies and thefts reported this weekend - it got so bad that even the Belcan Bridge was robbed!
The Ministry of Works has confirmed that three 15-horse power motors, valued at a whopping $20,000.00 dollars each, which are used to swing the Belcan Bridge were stolen sometime between Saturday and Sunday. The employee said that they went to check the bridge yesterday at around 9 a.m. they discovered that the motors were gone.
No one's quite sure when it was stolen since, the bridge is swung only occasionally.
