Last week we told you about Living Hope Prep School - a private institution that gives a second chance to those students who didn't do well on their PSE and could not get into high school. It is located at the back of the City Center and houses over 40 students. But last week principal of the school - Reverend Natalie Bowen told us, they were being evicted because the City Center is being torn down and with the school's limited finances, they are trying their best to find somewhere else. Today we got an update from the school's principal.

"Since that interview we have heard from the Prime Minister that he will be supporting our school which we are very grateful for. We are also hoping that the nation of Belize will support us by donating to this cause. Living Hope school deal with students who really need that support - that second chance to get back into high school or vocational school. We are hoping that the nation would empathize with us and what we are doing here and support us by sending any funds to our Atlantic Bank account number 210564085 or call me at 207-0139 or 601-9088. It would be used to help us with either the renting of a building or go towards the purchasing of a building. Any support will be truly appreciated. We are doing our best to contact as many people as we can. We have contact a lot of organizations so far in hopes that they would hear our cry. We really need help, the children are important to us; it's more than just having a school. It's taking children off the street and changing lives."
