GSU Makes City Drug Bust

The gang suppression unit yesterday made a bust of free-base cocaine at a home in Belize City.

At 8:45 on Sunday a search at the 52 West Street residence of 39 year old Deborah Myvette, a Housing and Planning Supervisor. Police discovered 16 grammes of cocaine.

Present at the time were 20 year old Kariq Tzul, and his brother, a minor. Also present were 26 year old Alton Aldana, and Christine Bowman of #94 Ebony Street.

All persons were arrested and charged for Drug Trafficking. 5,566 Belize dollars were also found inside the house with Deborah Myvette. After an Income Tax Assessment a total of $BZ 2,783.00 was withheld.
