After clinging to life for four and half days, 19 year old Dale Tillett died this morning at the KHMH.
The fourth form business student at Maud Williams High was shot in the head at four am on New Year's Eve outside of the Palm Island Nightclub.
As this amateur cell phone video shows, after being shot, he fell to the ground unconscious and bystanders carted him into the backseat of a Taxi.
He was rushed to the KHMH where he has been on life support and in a very critical condition - until he passed away this morning.
Renan Briceno Jr is accused of shooting Tillett with his licensed 9 millimeter pistol. He was charged for attempted murder and use of deadly means of harm.
Police have confirmed that charge will now be upgraded to murder.
The Police are also trying to suppress any possible retaliation for his murder - while RESTORE Belize and the CYDP have been trying to squash tension between rival street crews.
