Albert Magdeleno, offered assistance to family
"It was about 7:30 on my way going to work - I pass there every day and then I heard the entire family screaming and so I dash into the yard. When I got there they said that the younger brother had stabbed the other brother in the belly."

"They said that they have call the police but up to when I arrive no police had come. I have a friend in the police force; I call him and got immediate response. Three officers came and they took the gentleman to the hospital."

"At that time he was still breathing and he was alive?"

"He was speaking, breathing and complaining that he was unable to catch breath. You could have seen that his tongue was getting pale and his eyes were turning up. We were kind of afraid that he would pass away."

"Sir, I know that being one of the first persons to respond to the location - you might have gotten a bit of information as to what took place. Do you know what would have led one brother to stab another?"

"The mother said that they were fighting over a pair of tennis. One had a machete and the other had a knife and I think the one with the knife was the one that inflict the wound to the brother."

"When I arrive there the guy was already on the ground gasping for air. the family was trying to keep him breathing and awake until the ambulance came."

"Sir, do you know the family on a personal level?"

"Yes I am very familiar with the entire family."

"The brother who stab the next one - can you tell us about both of their demeanors - what they are like as young men?"

Albert Magdeleno
"I know both of them very well and to tell the truth I don't know them as violent persons. The one who did the stabbing - they say is the coolest of them. The mother said that she never expected it because he is her quite son. The other one, I see him around but I didn't know him."

At around 3 p.m., we contacted the press officer at the KHMH who told us that Bainton underwent a successful surgery, and he is in recovery.

We made several phone calls to the Police Press Officer, Inspector Fitzroy Yearwood, about the progress of the police investigation, and if Bainton's 15 YEAR OLD brother had been detained by police for questioning. Our calls and text message requests for information went unanswered.

We also reached out Bainton's family, but they flatly declined comment.

It of note that Bainton was charged with aggravated assault in January of this year, where he allegedly assaulted his sister's boyfriend, Ehud Haulze.
