Did you feel a very slight tremor today at about 1:15? We did and when we checked there was an earthquake! It happened near San Juan Pueblo Honduras. That's about 100 miles north of Tegucigalpa, Honduras and right along the Motagua fault which caused a major earthquake that affected southern Belize in May 2009.
This one, though, was not a major earthquake; it only measured 5.5 on the Richter scale. A spokesman for emergency services in Honduras said there were no immediate reports of damage.
