Tonight, 42 year-old Daniel Zetina, a Belize City resident, is out on bail on the charge of indecent assault, after he was taken to court today.
According to a 46 year-old woman, on Saturday, Zetina pressed unwanted advances on her, where he fondled her, and gave her a love bite on the neck.
She reported it to police, and requested court action against him. They arrested and charged him aggravated assault of an indecent nature. He was arraigned today before Chief Magistrate Anne Marie Smith, who granted him bail of $500 dollars.
He was able to meet bail, and he must return to court on May 28, 2013.
