Tonight, authorities at the Punta Gorda Hospital continue to investigate what caused the death of 35 year-old Christoper Cus, a resident of San Miguel Village.
According to police, his body was found inside the male bathroom of the hospital on Sunday at around 3:40 p.m. Their investigation so far has revealed that the nurses conducted their routine checks, Cus was not found in his hospital bed.
The nurses found him inside the bathroom kneeling inside a tub with his head inside the bucket. Cus was removed and CPR was conducted but he was dead.
The Ministry of Health is sending a team down to PG tomorrow to investigate.
