For the past 6 months sprinter Kaina Martine has been abroad getting pro-level coaching to become a world-class athlete. She became the first Belizean to earn a full athletic Scholarship, studying at Texas A and M Kingsville.
She's back in Belize, making final preparations for the 2014 Commonwealth Games, which is only a week or so away.
On Tuesday, we got a chance to speak with her, and we asked if that coaching in the US will help her on the goal to a medal in the Glasgow games. Here's what she told us:
