Arthur On Enforcement Of Eviction Orders
posted (August 8, 2014)
Surely, the Arthur Saldivar interview is one of the most memorable sit-down's we've had in a while - and that's because, despite the allegations against him, Saldivar always entertains.

He certainly did when we asked him about the court order he went to enforce on Don Blunt in Placencia. But, that's not the first time he's faced complaints enforcing eviction orders on the peninsula. We know of at least one other time that came to our attention and almost made the news. We asked him about it:..

Jules Vasquez
"This is the second time that we have been alerted to your activities as an enforcer of court orders on the Peninsula. You will remember the other case that the people captured you on camera which we never aired because I received a satisfactory explanation from you."

Arthur Saldivar, attorney
"You are going to go there?"

Jules Vasquez
"No sir."

Arthur Saldivar, attorney
"Who is paying you? I have to ask you Jules. Every once in a while I need to ask you."

Jules Vasquez
"Really?"

Arthur Saldivar, attorney
"Really, who is paying you?"

Jules Vasquez
"I am doing this longer than you doing that."

Arthur Saldivar, attorney
"Certainly, you've been assassinating characters for a long time. You have become adept at it. But I love you still."

Jules Vasquez
"You do in deed, but sir I am saying, is this something because of the vagaries and vicissitudes one encounters when having to enforce these lawful court orders? Is it something that perhaps you might rethink involving yourself in because its a messy business?"

Arthur Saldivar, attorney
"Jules, again, I do what I do within the parameters of law. I serve my clients interests within the parameters of law. I have no regrets. I will fight for every client as if they were the only client I have. My clients are like family to me, I do my best to take care of them."
