It's Christmas - and one of the oldest traditions is jankunu dancing. And just in time, the 7news team got an impromptu performance from a rough and ready jankunu troupe today. The group of eight were in the downtown area going from house to house to perform today. They have been together for 8 years and for the members of this group, it is a celebration and showcase of their culture. Courtney Weatherburne found.

They have been to St. Martins, Kings park, Jane Usher Boulevard and the Tourism Village. They will also be going around for New Years. A National Jankunu Competition will also be held on Sunday in Dangriga.
