posted (December 30, 2014)
And this evening, Audrey Matura Shepherd held another of her press conferences- and she discussed where things stand with the first injunction:..

Audrey Matura-Shepherd
"We got notice today from the court that the hearing for the injunction will be Friday. So it's a matter we have to discuss and see how things are going. We can actually get an injunction to stop any signing. We will discuss what we will do because the special general meeting is Sunday and we are also hoping that having sent in the application as an urgent application that we can also have the hearing for the permission for the mandamus Friday as well. So Friday will be a critical point as we will decide what will happen next. At the end of the day I follow instructions from the clients. Mr. Lucilo Teck is the one who retain me to do this and he is a wise man, 73 years old, over half a century in the industry. He knows a lot, so I will take instructions from him. He will go back, consult with his people, get feedback. He will know what's best and then proceed, but for now two things that are critical has taken place; we filed for the interim injunction, we gave notice to the other side, it's a with notice injunction and we've filed for permission to get a mandamus order."
