Allison Williams had been speaking with the young woman - only minutes before he was gunned down. He was standing next to his vehicle. The female mentioned she saw a young man walking on Partridge Street towards them and then pulled out a handgun and opened fire in Williams's direction. He only received the fatal shot to the head - but as many as 5 shots were fired towards him.

Doris Williams - Wife of Deceased
"At 9:35pm he called me and told me 'babe I'm coming. 'At 9:38 the phone ring again and I said, babe because it's his phone and a female said, your husband is dead. He is at Partridge Street on the ground. I asked who it is? And the phone cut off. At 9:40 the person called back again and said, Miss Doris, they killed your husband and she told me he's behind Krem. I screamed and at the same time a vehicle was coming and it stop. They said what happened coolie girl? And I said they shot Wally."

Williams believe her husband was lured to his death.

Doris Williams - Wife of Deceased
"When i heard them say that she already took off the jewelry and take the money. She knows who killed him and stood up right there and let the gunman shoot him. Then the neighbors said that he never came out of the car. He said he came out of the car and they asked him to buy them some beers and it looked like it was the change the boy was waiting for. That what I heard the lady was saying, there were a lot of big ladies in the yard. I didn't say anything I just walked to the police lady and I asked her, who was the girl there? They said they didn't know because they had just reached. Then I told the police lady that a girl was there, then she started to move. I didn't move at all, I stayed right by my husband. No one else was there. You see how fast I got the call and then I noticed that the female police went into the yard where the car was parked closer and then I noticed that they had more than one females but I couldn't say exactly who because I don't know the young lady. They got the stuff from her. The phone and the other thing."

Monica Bodden
"Your husband never mentioned to you if his life was in danger or that something was happening?"

Doris Williams - Wife of Deceased
"Well, this past 2 weeks he told me that they wanted to kill him. He said he didn't want me to go in the vehicle because he doesn't want them to shoot the vehicle with him and me in there. He said because 'you don't deserve that and make sure you don't open this house for anything and make sure the back door is shut.' things like that. So I don't open this house. I'm always in here but I'm not going on TV and say that my husband is this and that. I know that maybe in 2007 when he came back from the States, maybe he was selling a little weed because I have papers to show the charges he got was from 2012 he hasn't gone back in custody. I have documents right here because i showed the lady this morning. He hasn't gotten any charges from the time I came in his life for weed or anything. That was his past life."

Allison Williams leaves behind 4 children and 3 stepchildren.
