As we told you, CEO Peter Allen has been replaced by Dr. Ramon Figueroa in the Ministry of Health. Allen is now the CEO in the Ministry of Finance, Public Service, Energy and Public Utilities. Marin told us – sure, Allen will be missed but the Ministry will also benefit from Figueroa's expertise.

"I will miss Peter Allen, I will not say no but remember Dr. Ramon was already the DHS and for him to be able to come as the CEO it's just for me a plus and now I'm going to have Dr. Manzanero as the DHS; which is he is a workaholic and I know that he will give another good part for the Ministry of Health. And I think everybody in the Ministry is happy about it even though when they talk about Peter Allen they say he's a little bit too strict; English man like. But in that manner we have to say thanks to Peter Allen because we have gotten a lot of grants because of his dedication to the ministry."

Peter Allen had been the Health CEO from 2008.
