A Chinese woman was attacked and robbed on King Street around 1:00 this afternoon. Our news team was at the scene moments after it happened and we saw this woman sitting on a police motorcycle, she was bleeding from her head. Eyewitness say she was walking on King Street when a man approached her from behind, hit her in the head, grabbed her purse and ran. When the police arrived they escorted the woman to the hospital. Police did not respond to us on this incident but we will follow up tomorrow.
