A little girl, who suffers from epilepsy, drowned in the village of Biscayne yesterday. According to police, on April 21st sometime around 3:45 in the evening 8 year old Kimera Dominguez, a student of 24 miles Philip Goldson Highway, was at home when she ran outside to meet her cousins who were coming off the school bus. However to go from her house to the road side, she had to cross a man-made pond. Authorities believed that as she was making her way across this pond she fell inside. She couldn't swim, and as resulted drowned. Her cousin pulled her out and tried to administer CPR, but in vain. She died before authorities could reach.
