Destination Belize is the country's leading travel magazine and has been distributed both locally and internationally in its seventeen issue run. It's designed as a kind of handbook and orientation for tourists who find it in their hotel rooms and at embassies and travel agencies throughout the world. Today, the newest edition of the publication was unveiled, but this time, it's more than just a magazine. We spoke to Tanya Mcnab, of Mcnab Publishing Ltd, and Einer Gomez, Chairman of the Belize Tourism Board, about the new features the lift it off the paper...
This edition of Destination Belize is special because it is being printed with two different covers. Some magazines will feature the ATM Caves on the cover, while others will have a shot taken at the Hol Chan Marine Reserve near Ambergris Caye. The Destination Belize app is also currently available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play store.
