Dr. Jose Moguel, Surgeon
"It is an activity where the maternal and child health wing of the Ministry of Health hosts an educational activity geared towards physicians. Mostly if you notice BMDS stands for Medical and Dental, today's mostly addressed to physicians. The physicians are the ones that mostly do everyday doctor to patient care, manage diseases. We also have to include all health care providers. We welcome nurses and other health care providers. It is both a training, discussion, to sum it all, it's educational. The Belize Medical and Dental Association facilitates medical sessions for all doctors. Today is the first day of the event November 15th. The congress itself being the magnum event for physicians and dentist in the country is to be held the 16th and 17th on Wednesday and Thursday."

The main Congress is set for tomorrow and Thursday.
