He said that at about 3 a.m. on March 18, he went to his girlfriend's house and found a man there with her. He said the man assaulted him and he knocked the man unconscious but he did not have any firearm. Larios pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault, but he was remanded into custody until May 25.
