Last night we told you about a road traffic accident between Miles 8 and 9 on the Stann Creek Valley Road. Today, police were able to identify the victim of an alleged hit and run. According to police, 61 year old Rogelio Perez, a resident of Hope Creek Village, was riding on the side of the road at around midnight when he was hit by an unknown vehicle. Perez succumbed to his injuries a few hours later. Police are currently trying to find the driver of that vehicle.
