Does President of the Sante Lee Mark Chang have some kind of relationship with Immigration fixer Barton Middleton? That's what observers at the senate asked after he was seen interacting with him outside of the Senate Inquiry hearings recently. Lee Mark told us no good deed goes unpunished.
In other news, Chang told us that the sale of his Phone Saan Belmopan building to the Immigration Department is off after government wouldn't pay his asking price of 1.65 million dollars. He has leased it to a new tenant.
