A joint patrol of BDF soldiers and Police officers are reporting tonight that they made 2 separate busts, a bag of weed, and trailer full of illegal logwood.
At around 11:18 a.m. this morning, they stopped an Alamilla Bus, which was coming from the direction of Santa Cruz. They found a man who had a knapsack filled with marijuana. That person and the drugs were taken into police custody.
About 2 hours later, at around 1:08 p.m., the joint patrol went to an area on the San Lazaro Road, where they intercepted a brown Isuzu Rodeo, which was towing a trial filled with logwood. The law enforcement team checked, and they found that the driver, Isau Moguel, did not have a permit to cut the wood.
The trailer-full logwood was taken into custody.
