"We are positively sure as to who the perpetrator of that crime is. We have not been able to find that person and witnesses in terms of statements are not forth coming. We are hoping that when we do locate the individual we will be able to get statements to build a case against that individual so that he can be charged and taken before a court in respect to that murder but until then the case remains open."
