Last night on the news we tried the Prime Minister's comments from Friday’s House meeting where he said that if Darrell Bradley said that Cabinet was considering zoning regulations, he was not speaking the truth. “So then, the Prime Minister has, publicly in the National Assembly, outed the mayor as a speaker of things that are not true. That’s a bad thing do be in politics.â€

“I’m saying, is that indicative of a significant rift in the party? When you call out one of your own elected officials to say the man lie.â€

“No, but if the mayor is saying that something was sent to us in cabinet that naturally then the public, the media especially will ask us about and we can’t speak of it then I don’t think the Prime Minister had any other choice but to say it’s not there. Now, if that puts the mayor in a very difficult position well he would have to answer for that. I don’t know why the mayor said that he sent such legislation when in fact it wasn’t the case. Maybe he had intended to, maybe he misspoke, you’d have to ask him.â€
