Salvation Army Does It For The Kids

And in another event for children, the Salvation Army today held its annual Christmas party. It's a Christmas dinner and the gift of a toy for hundreds of city school children - and the Army Regional Commander told us it is about giving spiritual and material meaning to the season:..

Kids, Toys, Christmas In The Park

And whole the Salvation army was at the Holy Redeemer Parish Hall, United Airlines threw their own Christmas bash for city kids today at the Memorial Park. Now, they weren't giving away free plane tickets, just good ole' paper wrapped presents from Santa - and that's all these kids need to brighten the season. We dropped by to have some fun with the kids.

As you heard United teamed up with the T-shirt factory to cater to 100 kids. They also teamed up for a raffle that will be drawn on December 16th. You can get more information at the T-shirt factory.
