The Buca Shell Gas Station surveillance footage hasn't really helped police in solving the Baltazar Sarmiento murder case. He was the 61 year old security guard who was shot to the head while on duty at the gas station. The incident happened early Sunday morning. Today police told us more.

"Baltazar Sarmiento, the security guard from the Buca Shell Gas Station, any update on that?"

"That investigation remains ongoing."

"So nothing from the surveillance footage as yet that lead you guys to a suspect?"
ACP Joseph Myvette, NCIB
"No, but the police continues to work on that. I believe that the suspects could not have been clearly identified from the surveillances footage, so the police continue to do their investigation."
As we told you, Sarmiento was not armed at the time of the attack. He was originally from Honduras.
