"Police responded to two persons being injured and as a result they proceeded to the KHMH where they observed Mr. Steve Finely with several apparent gunshots wounds to the body and another person Tyrone Barcelona with an apparent gunshot wound to the upper shoulder. Mr. Barcelona was admitted and later discharged from the KHMH and Mr. Finely is listed in a critical condition at the moment. Police was made to understand that on that date sometime after 3:00 they were doing some mechanic works on a vehicle that was parked on Iguana Street when a black in color vehicle just stopped beside them and fired several shots at their direction causing the injuries to Mr. Finely and Mr. Barcelona. So far police found the vehicle yesterday at the corner of North Creek and Central American Blvd. It was impounded and processed."

"We understand it is a rival between the two gang groups within our area."

While police say both men were working on the same vehicle - area residents tell us that Barcelona - who was the target - was working on the vehicle, while Finley was simply coming out of his yard nearby and happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Barcelona - who has been shot before - was treated and released for a graze on his arm, while Finley is in a critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit.

9 expended shells were found on the scene and 2 were found in the vehicle. 3 persons have been detained and will be charged today or tomorrow.

And before we go to break, police have just confirmed that two men Jason Horace Anderson and Reese Fitzgibbon have been charged for that Iguana Street shooting.

They are charged with 2 counts of Attempted Murder, 2 counts of use of deadly means of harm,1 count of wounding, 1 count of Dangerous Harm, and Jason Horace Anderson was additionally charged with Abetment to commit Murder.
