He says it's all political victimization. Here's how he put it while explaining how that young man ended up in his hotel room on Dolphin Drive:

"I figure that they are trying to make a political thing out of this. Because what happened, I generally go to Yabra, and I have shots for dollars. The young man followed behind me, got in my car, and we rode around a while, and kept telling him, boy, you're going home. He said that his mother is not there. His mother went up the road to the Fabers Road area, and that his mother was not going to come back. But, I told him to go home. So, I went around with him, and after that, I went to my hotel room. He still didn't get out the car. So, when I got to the hotel, I parked the car, and I locked him out. Because I don't trust him; he's a kind of a little psychopathic, from what I could see. So, I don't trust him. So, I left him downstairs, and I went to my hotel room. And, next thing I knew, after I paid for my room, he followed behind me. He ran up behind me, and went up the steps. And when he ran up behind me, and went up the steps, the hotel manager saw this, and the hotel manager felt like something was wrong. So, after a little while, 10-15 minutes or so, while I was upstairs, the police came. And when the police came, I opened the door right away. They found me on the toilet. That's where they found me, and the little boy was fully dressed. I'm not guilty of this charge, and I figure that it's a fabrication of the PUP. PUP are trying to look like because I'm a frequent caller, on the UDP radio station, they are trying to actually build this story, and they crossed it all up."

"That sounds like a rather convenient excuse and explanation. How do you try convince those viewers who say, Craig, he's making up that entire story?"

Roy "Bullet" Craig
"I will convince them because it's the truth."

So, as you heard, Craig insists that the young man's allegations are an attempt by supposed PUP operators who have influenced the minor to tell lies on him. Well, we challenged him on that, in the context of the vivid details of the young man's report to police. Here's how that back and forth went:

"It is not true. This is made by the UDP, and this is made by - I mean, it's made by the PUP, sorry. It's made by the PUP that I tried to clinch him, or something like that."

"But sir, this is the young man making this report to the police."

Roy "Bullet" Craig
"No, his mother was there. This young man is semi-unbalanced, from what I could understand, right. And he made this story to the police. The police line him up. No, I have never, I don't have a record like that. I am a He man, and I am a 76 year-old, and I have many respect for the children."

"But sir, forgive me if it sounds like I'm asking you the same thing over and over. This young man claims certain things happened. Why would this young man lie and embarrass you publicly, like this?"

Roy "Bullet" Craig
"I think that he was frightened. He was frightened; that's why he said that. He was frightened, you hear me, because when the police came, they knocked on the door, and I opened right away. And, he was frightened when he said that. I said that maybe somebody programmed him to say this. But, I have no proof. Now, the kid is big enough to fight back. It will not happen to that kid, from me. You understand, because I am slim; that kid is strong. I could no way persuade him, to hold him down, and put no condom. I don't even know about condom. I do not have any condoms because I never pre-meditate this."

Craig told us that the allegations are causing persons who pass him on the street to yell insults in his direction. Indeed, while he was in the middle of the interview with us, passersby who recognized him were ruthless in their insults.
