"Last night we had the shooting of the 4 year old and Mr. IBraham. Unfortunately the 4 year old succumb to his injuries and we would like to extend our condolences to the family. We are trying our best to deal with the situation. We have been making inroads from last night in the investigation and I believe by later on today or tomorrow we will be having significant evidence or information that will see possibly arrest."
