Last week, we told you about the murder of 61 year old Carlos Avelar, who was mysteriously shot and killed on Coney Drive. Four days later, police are no closer to finding out who killed him or why. ACP Romero gave us more details.

"Information is that Avelar was walking alone on Coney Drive when a motorcycle pulled up with two male persons, one of the male persons came off the motorcycle and fired shots towards his direction causing his fatal injuries. Investigation into this murder continues, we have no suspects at this time and we have not established a motive for this murder."

"And he's not known to police?"

"He's not known to police, no."
Reporter:
"But he was the only one in the area at the time so it could not have been anyone else they were looking for."
