| No Charge for Jervis |

On Friday police sent out a press release saying that Jervis Valencio had been detained pending investigation into Joyce Mitchell's murder.
Well, he was detained for a little over 24 hours, and released on Saturday without any charge. At this time, Police have not charged anyone for that shooting.
Joyce Mitchell and Neisa Pipersburgh were killed under different circumstances, but both 19 year old females were murdered within 48 hours of each other. ...
