| The downtown area of the city was locked in an epic traffic jam today as a tourist van broke down - on the swing bridge. The van suffered engine problems, shut down on the southern approach to the bridge. The driver tried to fix it, and while he did that, traffic at the city's busiest intersection was confined to a single land. Eventually, the van had to be pulled away by another - that's after drivers were stuck in traffic for upwards of 15 minutes... |
