| Arrests for Independence Robbery |

| As a correction to the robbery story in Independence Village that we ran last night, Shawn Ortiz of Bonesville area in Independence Village was only briefly detained by police and not arrested as we reported.
In connection with this incident which happened on Friday where 12,000 dollars was stolen from Justo Garcia, salesman of Quality Poultry Products, Police are now reporting that they arrested and charged Norris Leslie and Glenmore Stephens of Belize City for the crime of conspiracy to commit murder. Stephens was also charged with two counts of robbery.
