And While that well known Belizean street figure is in jail in Utah, an American fugitive who was wanted in Oklahoma has been returned to the U.S.
55 year old David Harley McLain was expelled from Belize after being found in the Corozal district some time in late March. He was expelled from Belize on March 31st and arrested by US authorities when he arrived in Houston.
McLain's crime? He had failed to register as a sex offender. He becomes the third US sex offender caught on the Corozal district within a four month period.
