Easy Glen Has Hard Time Avoiding Jail
Fri, July 15, 2011
Goldburn Easy Glen Adolphus, a rapper, UDP mouthpiece and employee of Belize City Council, almost got sent ot jail today. He was taken to court on a committal warrant because he owed eight hundred dollars to First Stop Speed Money, a cash advance business owned by PUP Port Loyola Standard Bearer Gilroy Usher Sr.

But Adolphus avoided a weekend on remand after he came up with four hundred and fifty dollars and agreed to pay the balance on a weekly basis. Adolphus borrowed the money in 2009 and he was ordered by the court to pay it back in an ex parte judgment in the Magistrate's Court on May 20, 2011.
